Raspberry Refund Policy


Changed your mind? No problem.
You may cancel your order within 10 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@raspberryskin.com with the subject line:
"Please cancel my order"
Include your order number and reason for cancellation.

Note: Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You’ll need to wait for it to arrive, then request a return.

Return Policy
We offer hassle-free returns within 60 days of purchase if your Raspberry Device is unused and in its original packaging (for hygienic reasons).

To start a return, email us at support@raspberryskin.com. A member of our customer care team will guide you through the process and provide the return address.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If an item is opened, a 15% restocking and recertification fee will apply.

Items failing our inspection may receive a partial refund only.

We do not cover shipping for items that don’t qualify for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@raspberryskin.com within 72 hours of delivery — we’ll make it right.


Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

A care team member will confirm your refund details via email once processed.
