PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

At Raspberry, some products may be offered as subscription purchases, pre-orders, or other recurring purchase options.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout. Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for each renewal unless canceled before the next billing date.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time using the link provided in your order confirmation email or by contacting our support team.

If a renewal payment has already been processed, the cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle.

PRE-ORDERS

Certain products may be available for pre-order before they are officially in stock. In these cases, we may collect full payment or a partial deposit at checkout and charge the remaining balance once the item becomes available.

Pre-orders may be canceled any time before fulfillment. Once fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible, but return and refund requests may still apply according to our Returns Policy.

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

For eligible try-before-you-buy purchases, your payment method may be authorized before shipment. If the item is not returned within the specified trial period, the full purchase amount will be charged automatically.
