JUST PLACED AN ORDER – WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Thank you for your order! Please allow 1–2 business days for our team to process, pack, and hand off your order to the shipping carrier. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We offer fast and reliable shipping through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL (depending on location and availability).
Estimated Shipping Times:
United States & Canada: 5–8 business days
International Orders: 5–11 business days
Please note: Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote locations may take slightly longer. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately depending on availability and fulfillment center location.
In rare cases, if an item is out of stock at our North American warehouses, we may ship it from one of our international centers to avoid delays.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Each item may ship separately from different warehouses, and you’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes — if you’d like to cancel, please contact us within 10 hours of placing your order.
Send an email to support@raspberryskin.com with the subject “Please cancel my order” and include your order number and reason for cancellation.
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS — WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you entered an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email within 12 hours with the corrected details. We’ll do our best to update it before the order ships.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED — WHAT NOW?
We pack every order with care, but sometimes damage can occur during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please email us with:
Your full name
Your order number
A clear photo or video of the damaged product and packaging
Once we receive your information, we’ll file a claim and send a replacement as soon as possible.
